This article is a public service. I will attest that these are solid facts based on testimonials from Dennis's victims and public records. Dennis currently denies the facts presented here.

{In this excerpt it claims that the cases never went to trial, that there was no conviction, that there was probation (probation without a conviction? Really?) and that I furnished the courts with materials in some attempt to charge Noel with stalking, but it was dismissed.
For the record: I never filed any charges against Noel, in MASS or elsewhere, and I received these dockets a full two years after the date on the last docket. This stuff was all over before I ever saw the dockets. I had nothing to do with any of it, and I’ll prove that right here and right now.}
As this is an article about Dennis P. McCann, I will refrain from going on at great lengths about his victim Noel A. Bednaz. While Dennis may not have filed charges personally against Noel, his falsified letter to the courts prompted them to drag this person back into court on a potential violation of probation. Once this occurred, all of the original charges Noel was wrongly accused of previously were brought back to light and ultimately dismissed when Dennis's false statements failed to add up. Noel waived the right to a jury trial during the period when the original charges were filed and thus, made it possible to avoid a trial or conviction. Dennis however would much rather obsess over Noel for another decade before accepting the fact this is no criminal. The only criminal here is Dennis P. McCann, a disturbed man on a mission to annihilate the reputation of someone he does not know, will never know, and has no right committing libel against. His mother must have felt a lot of guilt giving birth to him. He said this article would "undoubtedly change" after he published his latest round of lies but allow me to make something very clear. I do not intend to prove him right, only to debunk his lies about a good and decent person who simply got a bum rap in life. Dennis P. McCann wants to make Noel's life harder and his false statements hold no weight at all. Incidentally, Noel has been ignoring Dennis which explains his escalation of attacks. March 2nd, 2014: Yesterday would have been my final update except for one thing I neglected to mention. First, here is an excerpt from Dennis's latest lie fest:
{Some people just don’t know when to quit. As I said above, the blog post written about here would surely change when this post was published, and right on cue, it did just that. While now admitting that the original post was untrue, Noel is now claiming that the letter I wrote was “falsified,” that the charges she was convicted of were a case of being “wrongly accused” and that she was “dragged back into court” where the charges were “ultimately dismissed” despite my “false statements.”
First of all, you’ve read the letter. It’s linked above. It simply requested her Criminal Dockets under the Freedom of Information Act. It contained no statements of any kind, nor was it falsified in any way. It was simply a standard request for documentation from the Westfield District Court Department of Records.}
Nice to know I am right on cue. (Smiles) I Mark Smith, (Not Noel Bednaz) would have it no other way. Perhaps Dennis should explain why the Westfield District Court had a disc with all the contents of his maniacal website on it which led to them hauling Noel back into court on what they referred to as "new discovery." Perhaps Dennis should additionally check his lies at the door and give up this fourteen year crusade. Naw, he can not do that. He will just lie some more to his devotees to add value to his own diminished life. Who can do that any better than Dennis P. McCann? Nothing more that he writes deserves any further response from me as it is all juvenile now and my writings are far more superior. This is officially the final update.

Dennis P. McCann, international artist was born on April 14, 1961 in Chicago Illinois. He currently resides in Edirne Turkey with Fatma Gulnar, another artist.
All is not exactly what it seems however. What lies beneath the surface of this seemingly intelligent man is a sordid past. Dennis P. McCann is not at all who he appears to be. Brushes with the law, a messy divorce, and a stint in Kankakee State Hospital because of failed suicide attempts is just the tip of the iceberg.
At the present time, Dennis is targeting someone who once went by the name of Noel A. Bednaz. Sources have said Noel had a name change and what it is now remains unknown. What is known is that Dennis has stalked, harassed, defamed, and smeared the reputation of Noel for at least 13 years by means of a horrid website. His abuse appears to be endless and in the meantime, Noel is forced to serve a life sentence without parole in the prison Dennis created.
Dennis himself declared that his website will be around long after Noel is dust. Imagine, 40 years from now when Dennis is 92 and Noel is around 80, this could all still be an issue stretching into the infinite. While the rest of the world progresses to better things, Dennis P. McCann will reside in the same delusional realm until the day of his demise and thus letting all his talent go to waste.
The purpose of this document is to let the people know the truth about this man and why he can not be trusted. Dennis P. McCann has the extreme ability to manipulate others to do his will and to buy into whatever he is selling. He sells deception like politicians sell themselves to win elections. He will buy and manipulate anyone who can benefit his cause and he will stop at nothing to destroy those who defy him.
Noel crossed Dennis by filing a report against him for abuse issues relating to discussion groups he owned and he lost everything. The groups were closed and Dennis became irate. An ill-mannered website was started and to this date, it remains a tool Dennis uses to torture Noel. His claim is that it serves to expose Noel but in truth, it is nothing of the sort.
Noel is not the first person to have negative dealings with Dennis. There are others who were subjected to his tyranny in the past and they lived to tell about it. The family of Karen Glancy, Dennis's previous relationship, were subjected to phone harassment and on a particular occasion when Dennis was inebriated, he stole Karen's car and crashed it. After the incident, he was placed on supervision with the Cook County Illinois PD until June 2004.
This is not all poor Karen went through. An unnamed source revealed another occasion when Dennis grabbed Karen by the throat and threatened to rip her skin off during a drunken rage. Dennis suffers from Panic Disorder and uses it as an excuse to drink according to the source.
The most disturbing thing I was told is that during this period, a 13 year old girl lived at the residence with Dennis. It is not known if she was abused by him or not but I think it could be possible. This is not all Dennis did. He spent some time in a mental institution after several botched suicide attempts.
Realistically, they should have held him there indefinitely because he is no more stable now than he was before. Why they turned him loose is beyond me. Dennis serves no purpose other than to cause people harm and he should be locked up until stability is established. His actions since his time in the institution prove it.
To date, Dennis has continued his abuse against others while hiding under the clever guise of a painter. He not only paints on canvas, he fraudulently paints himself as a stalking victim on his badly worded website which immortalizes Noel.
Dennis cunningly turned the tables by making Noel the villain in his theatrical display of pure ignorance when the facts untwisted cast tangible realism against his twisted ploy. Dennis is not the victim, he is the predator.
Proof has been presented to me in the form of individual testimonials from others Dennis has abused, threats from him towards Noel, and in selected content from the very website he foolishly promotes as facts against Noel.
If in actuality Dennis is/was the victim, he would be able to provide more solid proof besides old criminal documents and spam messages that can not be legally tied to a single entity.
Heresay, heresay, heresay! That is all it is. Everybody, please wake up and realize Dennis P. McCann is not your friend or someone you can trust.
He may be artistically inclined but that does not mean he is a decent person. Gary Glitter can sing but he is a pedophile. I rest my case!

There are none of us without skeletons in our closets and it is deplorable that Dennis has taken such extreme measures to cause emotional turmoil for someone who has a disability.
Noel suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. A person with this disorder is more prone to extreme emotional issues than the average person and intensified "Fight Or Flight" responses are common. Dennis does not get it! His actions create more issues for Noel and make life harder.
I was in one of the groups Dennis lost and in another he joined to harass Noel. I was a witness to Dennis's abuse first hand. I saw him go after Noel then and I see he has no plans to stop.
It needs to be noted the criminal documents he obtained on Noel are for cases that never went to trial. There was no conviction, only probation for offenses that allegedly took place. In my extensive research, I uncovered some tangible facts.
The first two case files were continued without a finding. The charge of credit card fraud is misleading because what was involved were MCI phone calling cards. This means no monies were lost by any of the parties involved.
The second series of case files show Noel was accused of threatening to commit a crime. No physical crime was actually committed and the threats were allegations made by other parties involved. Does this prove guilt? Absolutely not!
My research turned up proof that the alleged threats were generated electronically via a computer. My research also proved Noel did not own or have access to a computer or any other internet device during the period in which the original charges were presented. Noel did have a "WebTV" device prior to the original charges and there was a brief interval before a computer was obtained.
The charges were filed during that time frame. A rental contract from "Rent Way" corroborates these facts. The original charges relating to the alleged threats have since been dismissed after Dennis attempted to get Noel in trouble for a Probation Violation.
He told the courts Noel was stalking him and after a careful review of the materials he furnished the courts, the judge opted to dismiss everything including Dennis's false claims.
Incidentally, Judge Content chuckled and referred to the situation as "Odd" before absolving Noel of all responsibility. It pays to do your homework people and I hope you do before entertaining what Dennis P. McCann tells you. A good judge and jury listens to both sides of the story before delivering a verdict. I suggest the same be done by those Dennis has misled with his tall tales about Noel.
